Introducing br90 a free 90-day fitness and accountability challenge presented by Break Roots.

For the next 90 days, we’re committing to three areas:

• Fitness
• Breaking or personal growth
• Accountability

You do not have to be a breaker or belong to a gym. BR90 is open to all ages and fitness levels. Train wherever works for you and start exactly where you are.

🌱 Rootimentals returns — March 9, 2026

We’re back with a new curriculum built around the fundamentals and foundation of breaking.

Led by Coach @spindian801 , Rootimentals is designed to strengthen the fundamentals of breaking through a structured tier system: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level builds on the last with its own movement vocabulary and increases within your own growth of the art.

This is not just a class for newcomers. Rootimentals is a space to learn, refine, and build. Whether you’re learning breaking for the first time or sharpening what you already know, we will be focusing on foundational movements, transitions, control, flow, creativity, and smarter practice habits so we can understand the ins and outs of breaking.

Classes open to ages 6 and up:

Youth
6:00–7:00 PM

Adults
7:00–8:00 PM

💵 $20 drop-in
📦 $70 monthly 4 classes
